1. About Tambola Live

Tambola Live ("we", "us", "our") is a software-as-a-service platform owned and operated by Varan J L, based in Ukhrul, Manipur, India. We provide online game hosting software to independent operators ("Operators") who use it to run Tambola and Housie games.

We are a software provider only. We are not a gambling company, a game organiser, or a betting platform. We do not conduct games, hold prize money, or interact with end players.

2. Operator Responsibilities

By renting access to Tambola Live software, Operators agree that they are solely and fully responsible for:

• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their state and jurisdiction, including gaming, lottery, and prize laws.
• Obtaining any required licences or permissions to conduct Tambola or Housie games in their region.
• How they use the software features, including but not limited to Auto Live Engine, Auto Pred, and Transparent Mode.
• All communications with their players, including disclosing game rules, prize structures, and how numbers are called.
• Collection, handling, and disbursement of any entry fees or prize money.
• Accuracy of any fairness claims made to their players.

3. Software Provider Disclaimer

Tambola Live provides software tools. Certain features, including sequence prediction and engineered calling sequences, are tools available to Operators. The use of these features and any disclosure (or non-disclosure) to players is entirely the responsibility of the Operator.

We make no representations about the legality or appropriateness of any specific use of our software in any specific jurisdiction. Operators must independently verify compliance with local laws.

4. Prohibited Uses

Operators may not use Tambola Live to:

• Conduct games that are illegal in their jurisdiction.
• Defraud players through misrepresentation of prize odds or game fairness.
• Operate in jurisdictions where online gaming or prize contests are prohibited.
• Target minors.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any Operator we believe is using the platform unlawfully, without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tambola Live and Varan J L shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• How Operators conduct games using this software.
• Disputes between Operators and their players.
• Any regulatory or legal action against Operators.
• Loss of revenue or business arising from software downtime or bugs.

6. Indemnification

Operators agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tambola Live and Varan J L from any claims, legal proceedings, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Operator's use of the software or their conduct of games.

7. Payments and Refunds

The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once deployment work has commenced. Monthly fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. We may suspend service for non-payment after 7 days' notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the arrangement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for violation of these terms, without refund.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Manipur, India.
