This policy applies to Operators only — i.e. people who rent the software from us. End players' data is stored in the Operator's own database and is not accessible to us.
We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use it for advertising.
Players' names, phone numbers, ticket bookings, and chat messages are stored in the Operator's own database on their hosting account. We do not have access to this data. Operators are the data controllers for their players' information and are responsible for their own privacy practices.
The marketing website (this site) does not use tracking cookies. Operator-deployed game sites may store session data in the player's browser (localStorage) for game state — this contains no personally identifiable information beyond the player's chosen chat name.
Operator records are retained for as long as the service is active and for up to 2 years after termination for billing and legal purposes.
